Workshop Description

In this workshop session we will research and incorporate various ways of entering, existing as well as exiting the floor in order to become slightly more familiar with our own individual relationship to so called floor work. We will be working through different improvisational tasks as well as going through certain elements of acrobatics with exercises that breaks our typical way of entering the floor.
