The Conscious Movement course is based on rediscovering movement to achieve individual psycho-physical well-being. The class focuses on practicing some Pilates postural exercises and using breathing techniques to develop greater body awareness in a creative and spontaneous way. The course is open to anyone who wants to increase their freedom of movement and improve physical performance in daily life.
