The Dance WORKOUT is a hybrid class that combines classical and contemporary dance exercises with elements of Pilates and yoga, using both bodyweight movements and barre work. It focuses on total body conditioning, engaging the arms, back, abdomen, glutes, and legs, shaping and strengthening muscles while developing balance and flexibility. Unlike traditional strength training, which can bulk up muscles, this workout promotes a more elongated, graceful, and toned physique.
