Awakenings

Gli incontri di “Awakenings” si concentrano sullo sviluppo della relazione con l’altro attraverso pratiche che promuovono il movimento libero e la vitalità del corpo. Gli aspetti principali includevano respiro, voce ed esercizi di contatto, favorendo una connessione poetica tra i partecipanti. 

L'obiettivo è rimettere in moto e rilassare il corpo, preparandolo ad “azione e reazione”, in un ambiente privo di giudizi, dove instaurare fiducia e danzare in modo ancestrale.

The "Awakenings" sessions focus on developing the relationship with others through practices that promote free movement and the vitality of the body. Key elements include breath, voice, and contact exercises, fostering a poetic connection between participants.The goal is to reactivate and relax the body, preparing it for "action and reaction" in a judgment-free environment, where trust is built, and participants can dance in an ancestral way.
