A DJ and producer from Taranto, active in the electronic scene for over 20 years, he brought to the CORA Dance Festival a live performance featuring ambient, downtempo, jungle, and dub sounds, mixed with environmental recordings captured from the local area.

Born in Taranto in 1985, a DJ/producer and record collector since the age of 17, he is an integral part of the independent label Tape Tales, an event organizer, and an illustrator deeply passionate about all forms of art. His musical influences draw heavily from New Wave culture and extend across Ambient, Electro, Breaks, Dub, Techno, and Drum’n’Bass/Jungle sounds. In recent years, he has composed original music for contemporary dance companies, theatrical performances, art exhibitions, soundscapes, and short films.

He has collaborated with Vicoli Corti for several years and is part of the artistic collective SANO/SANO 2021, curated by Giorgio Di Palma and Dario Miale. He first participated in Grottaglie at Cantine Pruvas in 2021 and later in a revised version at Phest (International Festival of Photography and Art) in 2022, as well as the Alberobello Light Fest. He also collaborated with Phest on the first edition of Eyeland in 2023, through a workshop dedicated to environmental recordings and sound research titled “Sight Through Sound.”In the summer of 2024, the first film by SANO/SANO was presented at Biografilm 2024, titled “Spazzi. A Community in Suborbit.” He composed the original music for the film.

Over the past three years (up to today), he has been the creator and artistic director of Redrum, in collaboration with the Sound Department, and of Salotto Elettronico at Mercato Nuovo (Taranto), a space dedicated to electronic music and all forms of art. The space hosts talks, in-depth discussions, film screenings, live performances, jam sessions, and DJ sets, creating a collective of artists and enthusiasts eager to collaborate and offer fresh, contemporary ideas.
