FREE LIMITS

Dmytro Grinov led his "Free Limits" workshop at the CORA Dance Festival. This dynamic class explored the boundaries of movement, pushing past conventional limits to embrace freedom and fluidity in the body. Dancers worked on expanding their physical expression through a combination of controlled techniques and free-flowing improvisation. Participants came prepared to break through their own limits and explored new possibilities in movement with Dmytro's guidance.
