Omar Carrum and Angelica Vàsquez led a workshop on the CONTINUUM Training System at the CORA Dance Festival. Participants explored fluid, continuous movement, delving into concepts like gravity, momentum, and space. The class focused on enhancing the body’s connection with the floor, pivoting techniques, and circular trajectories, helping dancers develop new skills to move, slide, jump, and fall with fluidity.
